I only have the computer for less than a month and I think it worked fine at the beginning. I reinstalled Windows from scratch (from a USB key) and the problem is still there. I tried deactivating Intel Management Engine Interface in the Device Manager as I saw it could be a reason for my problem, but it doesn't solve it. More precisely, I put it in sleep mode (in 1-2 seconds), but when I open the lid or press a key on the keyboard to wake it up, it starts from scratch, as if I had shut it down.
